Customer recommendation program

Using the mobile app or my.incust.com page, customers can recommend your business to friends and colleagues, increasing the flow of new customers.

Mechanics of the recommendation program: the program of recommendations is configuredin the Business Control Panel. The type of reward for acceptance of the recommendation and the recommendation (bonuses, temporary bonus points, funds to the account, coupon) is indicated.

The mechanics of using the referral program: In the mobile application, you need to click the “Recommend” button on the page of the point of sale and select the method for submitting the recommendation. It can be a link or a QR code. A friend of the customer can accept the recommendation using either the mobile app or the my.incust.com page.

Coupon recommendation program

Customers can share coupons for attracting more new customers.

Setting mechanics: when setting up a coupon, set the option “Customers are allowed to distribute coupons” and specify the reward type.

Usage mechanics: In the mobile application, the customer needs to select a coupon, click the “Share” button on the coupon page. You can share the coupon using the link or let a friend scan the QR code. A friend of the customer can accept the recommendation using either the mobile app or the my.incust.com page.

1. Promotions and business news

On the main page of the inCust mobile application or the web version of my.incust.com, you can post your news and promotions.

Mechanics: the news of your business can be created in the Business Control Panel, where you can attach a coupon. The coupon can be both paid or free of charge. The customer sees the news, clicks on the coupon, and gets the benefits.

2. Lottery

Crediting mechanics: scanning a Qr-code from an advertising materials (leaflet, banner, social network, etc.).

Implementation example: The customer sees a gift as a Qr-code, scans it and when receiving this coupon, sees what kind of gift he received (random choice). Customer shows his winnings to the organizers and gets appropriate gift. You can offer not a gift, but a discount.

Settings: Coupon => External => Upload a file with a list of gifts

3. Receiving a number (set) of gifts when scanning one code

Crediting (issuance) mechanics: scanning a Qr-code from advertising materials (leaflet, banner, social network, information desk, cash desk, etc.)

How to use it with partners (redeem):

  • Register (redeemed by an employee of the Partner’s Company)

5. Scanning a QR code from a fiscal check

Crediting (issuance) mechanics: a Qr-code prints on fiscal checks, which contains the amount of the purchase, the point of sale, the seller. When a customer is scanning this Qr-code, he receives benefit, issued under the conditions included in the Qr-code or by fulfilling the configured loyalty rules.

6. Payment per visit

а) inCust Kiosk (customer authentication mode)
Crediting (issuance) mechanics: the inCust Kiosk is installed in a tablet at the point of sale, the customer, by entering his phone number or scanning the QR code of the digital card, logs in to the system. And for this authorization, he is rewarded (bonus points, temporary bonus points, the top in of the account).

inCust Kiosk – can serve as a self-service checkout, after authorization the customer will see the list of goods/services and independently generate a receipt, which will be automatically transferred to the Register for settlement.
б) using iBeacon targeting technology
Crediting (issuance) mechanics: a tracker is attached to the Register using a special technology, which detects a registered customer (when Bluetooth is on, the customer’s application may be inactive), credit a reward to the customer (bonus points, temporary bonus points, top-in the account).
