Loyalty programs: Store, delivery methods

Important! In order to make your Store begin to work, you need to specify the delivery methods. Please note that even if your Store does not have targeted delivery, you need to arrange the receipt of goods or services at the outlet as a type of delivery. If you have several methods for receiving goods or services, arrange each separately as a delivery method. Click “Add New Delivery Method”

Shipping method is active – As soon as you put a tick here and save the settings, this delivery method will appear in the mobile application and start working.

Title – The internal name of this delivery method. This name will not be displayed anywhere other than your account.

Name and comment for customers in different languagesTranslated fields let customers with different interface languages see proper Store descriptions.

Delivery addressThis option determines whether the customer must specify the delivery address or the point of sale, in which the customer will receive the goods or services, or the customer doesn’t need to specify any of this information.

Delivery date must be specified –  This option specifies that when placing the order in your Store, the customer must specify the desired delivery date.

Delivery time must be specified This option specifies that when placing the order in your Store, the customer must specify the desired delivery time.

Shipping price levels – Set the delivery price depending on the amount of the order. Please note that the first range of the order amount must be from 0 to the first threshold. For example, if the order amount is from 0 to 100, the delivery cost is 5, from 100 the delivery cost is 10.

Important! Without goods, your Store will not work. Go to the Goods and services and Categories sections and fill the necessary information there.
