inCust Store – a store in the inCust app. New tool to interact with customers.

Following your requests, we have added the Store module to the Control Panel. It allows customers to place orders conveniently, choose delivery and payment methods within the inCust mobile app.

The main features you get:

– Tick one checkbox and your Store becomes visible in the app.

– Quick addition of products and descriptions.

– Different payment options, available in the app. You can choose any convenient way: customers will be able to pay for the order with bonus points or using cashless payment, or place an order and pay upon delivery.

– You can set the lifetime of the shopping cart. This period determines how many days the contents of the shopping cart stay and are not cleared.

– You will get the notification by email when someone places an order.

– You can choose different shipping methods. It’s possible to set the shipping cost depending on the amount of the order.

inCust Store is already available in the Control Panel for business. Start selling products or services through the inCust app in just three steps.
