Upcoming updates to our Service Agreements

We’re making some changes to our Service Agreements that will apply to you. The new editions of the Service Agreements come into effect on March 15, 2020. 

The updates clarify certain terms, remove outdated and not applicable terms and conditions, and reflect the evolution of the inCust service, which has become the Customer Interaction and Lifecycle Management platform for enterprises.
