InCust Kiosk: unique solution for interacting with customers and for sales

And by doing this, the customer doesn’t distract the barista from his main job. 

Information about the customer is automatically transferred to the cash register system which identifies who the customer is, what he or she purchases, and what reward for the purchase should be credited to the customer’s account.

With the help of the inCust platform, the point of sale saves employees‘ and customers‘ time – in some cases, the time, spent by the customer on checkout, is reduced to 9 seconds.

While waiting for an order, the customer can browse special offers and news on the tablet’s screen or can review the status of his bonus points account. Here, at the owner’s request, various gamification schemes can be used: for example, a customer can immediately choose gifts to receive.

It is worth noting that the inCust Kiosk module allows you to receive real-time feedback from the customer regarding the quality of service at the point of sale. After the sales transaction is finalized and bonus points are credited, the system will ask the customer to evaluate the service at this point of sale. This information will be useful for business owners to meet the expectations of customers.

The inCust Kiosk module can be extended with additional functionality. For example, a  receipt can be immediately displayed on the tablet screen, while the sale transaction is being prepared.

inCust Kiosk supports modern payment methods with the help of the mobile app. The customer needs to select the “Pay with electronic money” function on the tablet screen and scan the QR code, generated by the inCust mobile application in the smartphone. Information about the check is immediately transferred to the processing center, and funds are debited from its electronic account. The customer does not even need to open a wallet.

This module, as well as the entire inCust platform, has numerous built-in mechanisms to distribute electronic coupons to customers via partner businesses.
