The <\/span><strong>FuelTaxi Center<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; it&#8217;s an office that distributes customers&#8217; orders. This center determines a list of fuel products, prices, and conditions for the delivery. If there are several FuelTaxi centers in one region, then the customer will be able to choose where he wants to order fuel. If there is only one such center, then the customer will not have the ability to choose a center and the application will immediately offer to select fuel and quantity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuel payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><u>It\u2019s possible to set up different types of payment:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do not accept payment (the customer will create an order without payment and pay for fuel only after refueling).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Payment required (pre-authorization of money: funds will be reserved on the bank card until the fuel is shipped and will be charged only for the actually provided fuel)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Payment is possible (by enabling this option, the customer will have the choice to pay immediately or after receipt)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We recommend choosing the payment type \u201cPayment required\u201d, because in this case, the customer immediately pays the shipping cost along with the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the customer pays for the order and delivery after receipt, then in case of any unexpected situations, the driver will drive for free and will not receive payment for this delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Types of delivery and fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In each FuelTaxi center, you can configure several delivery options with different prices. For example, \u201cDelivery\u201d and \u201cExpress delivery\u201d. Each of these options can be configured in one of the following ways: delivery depends on the check amount, mileage and percentage of the amount. Details below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to set up FuelTaxi in the Business Control Panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"#faq-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Brand configuration<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"#faq-2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adding products and prices<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"#faq-3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adding FuelTaxi center, setting up an online store<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"#faq-4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Setting up delivery types<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1662727048433{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<a id=\"faq-1\"><\/a><strong>1. Brand configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the Business Control Panel, we chose the &#8220;<b>Settings<\/b>&#8221; tab, go to the &#8220;<b>Brands and loyalty programs<\/b>&#8221; subsection, and create a \u201c<b>New Brand<\/b>\u201d. We fill in all the required fields: name, website, category, image, description in different languages, and legal information.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8820&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1662727067262{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<a id=\"faq-2\"><\/a><strong>2. Adding products and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The next step is to add products and prices. In the \u201c<\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab, go to the \u201c<\/span><b>Goods and Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d submenu and create a \u201c<\/span><b>New Goods or Service<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d. We fill in the fields of the \u201c<\/span><b>Description<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab for each product, in the \u201c<\/span><b>Store<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab we check the \u201c<\/span><b>Display in Store<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d option and fill in the name and description in different languages, if necessary. Also, fill in the \u201c<\/span><b>Price<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab and set the currency and price of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the \u201c<\/span><b>Goods and Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d section, you need to enter all the goods that will be available to customers.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8822&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8823&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1662727087475{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<a id=\"faq-3\"><\/a><strong>3. Adding FuelTaxi center, setting up an online store<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next step, we create a FuelTaxi center. In the Business Control Panel, go to the tab &#8211; \u201c<\/span><b>Points of sale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d. You need to create a \u201c<\/span><b>New Point of Sale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the \u201c<\/span><b>Type of point of sale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d item, you must select \u201c<\/span><b>Online shop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d. Only with this type of point of sale, this functionality works.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fill in all other fields: name, country, time zone. We activate the option \u201c<\/span><b>Inclusion of additional services in check<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, and add additional delivery services to the check.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the FuelTaxi center wants to limit the service area, you need to indicate in the field \u201c<\/span><b>Maximum service distance, km<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d at what maximum distance from the FuelTaxi center a customer can make an order. If the customer is outside this zone, then he will not see this center in the available options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When the type of point of sale \u201c<\/span><b>Online shop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d is selected, the \u201c<\/span><b>Online POS option<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab appears on top, then you need to configure it too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Order type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; select \u201c<\/span><b>Fuel delivery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this field, we indicate how we should process the accepted order. For FuelTaxi we have to select \u201c<\/span><b>fuel delivery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Payment type<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; here you can set up options for accepting payments. By choosing \u201c<\/span><b>Do not accept payment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, the customer will create an order without payment and pay for the fuel after refueling. When the \u201c<\/span><b>Payment required<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d option is enabled, the customer will not be able to create an order without paying for it using one of the specified methods. \u201c<\/span><b>Payment only with bonus points<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; the customer will be able to place an order and pay for it only with credited bonus points, while delivery can only be paid for with money. \u201c<\/span><b>Payment is possible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; by enabling this option, the customer will have the choice to pay immediately or after receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Type of transaction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; this option allows you to configure the acceptance of payments from customers. IMPORTANT! For the FuelTaxi, must be selected the \u201c<\/span><b>Authorized payment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Authorize payment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; for this type of payment, confirmation of the order by the operator in the Business Control Panel is required, only after that, the money will be transferred to the business (with this type of transaction, it is possible to change the receipt, for example, change the amount of fuel). Since FuelTaxi can ship less fuel than ordered, only \u201cauthorized payment\u201d is can be chosen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In general, for any online shop, there are the following options (we give this information just to describe the options):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cSale\u201d &#8211; after payment, the money immediately comes to the business account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cReserve\u201d &#8211; after registration of the order, money will be pre-authorized from the customer&#8217;s bank account, but will be transferred to the business only after the actual sale of fuel, after the order is created, it cannot be changed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Select Terminal, to which operations will be attributed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; select the terminal through which sales will be registered. One center &#8211; one terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Enter an email address for notification<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; requests from customers will be sent to this email address (there may be several)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Below you can add all points of sale from which fuel will be delivered. Setting up delivery types<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And the last step set up delivery. To do this, go to the \u201c<\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><b>Brands and Loyalty Programs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d tab. We select the brand and in the upper tabs go to \u201c<\/span><b>Delivery service settings and fees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the &#8220;<\/span><b>Add delivery method<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8221; button. Fill in \u201c<\/span><b>Name\u201d and \u201cName and description in different languages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Type of service or fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211;\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">choosing \u201c<\/span><b>Delivery Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, a business can set the cost of delivery depending on the distance or amount of the purchase:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Delivery depends on the amount of the check (a business can set the cost of delivery depending on the amount of the order. For example, up to $100 &#8211; $10, from $100 to $300 &#8211; $15)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Delivery depends on the mileage (a business can set the cost of delivery depending on the distance. For example, up to 50km &#8211; $10, from 50 km to 100 km &#8211; $20)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And by choosing the \u201c<\/span><b>Fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d option, you can set the cost as a percentage of the amount (a business can set the delivery cost as a percentage of the order amount. For example, when the order is up to $100 &#8211; 5%, from $100 to $300 &#8211; 3%)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Sort order weight<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; in this field, you specify the order in which delivery options are displayed to the customers. For example, you have three types of delivery, in order to assign a serial number to them, you should write 1, 2, or 3 in this field for each of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>Code of service or fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; here you need to write the code of this service for the system, it can be a word or a word with numbers<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<\/span><b>By default<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d &#8211; enabling this option, this type of delivery will be the main<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Next, you need to set up \u201cService prices or fee prices\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this subsection, you add a new cost, specify the delivery currency, and the minimum price.
