Add links between customers and fuel tankers<\/b><\/h3>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1643805947426{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]To add Fuel Tanks to customers, click the “Add Link”<\/b> button in the upper-right corner of the tab:<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8662″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1643805998126{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]You will be taken to the page where you select a customer. The customer can be found using special filters:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Customer Type \u2013 <\/b>this drop-down list allows you to filter customers by the type: Customer, Commercial customer, or All.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Name, phone number, or email address <\/b>\u2013 these parameters are used to search and filter customers by customer data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After searching, click the <\/span>\u201cSelect\u201d<\/b> button to select the desired customer, then add the tank by clicking on the <\/span>\u201cNew Tank\u201d<\/b> button.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Tank title<\/b>\u2014 give a title to a new tank.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Tank code<\/b> \u2014 you may specify your tank code, or it will be set to an automatically generated code value.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Tank address\/location<\/b> \u2014 set the address to display the tank on the map and in the Kiosk application for drivers.<\/span>
          \n<\/span>Important!<\/b> Be sure to specify at least one of the values.<\/span>
          \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Title of product in tank<\/b>\u2014 specify the name of the customer\u2019s product.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • Tank volume<\/b> is the static volume of the customer\u2019s tank according to the technical parameters of the tank manufacturer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Product volume<\/b> \u2014 the actual volume of fuel in the tank at the time of creation in the Business Control Panel; you may skip entering the value into this field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Important! Tank volume<\/b> and <\/span>Product volume<\/b> will be used in the Kiosk application for drivers to inform a driver that they may dispense more than specified in the order, as the volume of the tank allows it.<\/span><\/p>\n
