Feedback collection process can be enabled and customized for the whole brand or separately for each Point of Sale or inCust Terminal (salesperson\u2019s workplace).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Configuration plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a class=\"js-smooth-scroll\" href=\"#1\">Configuration of a Feedback source.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a class=\"js-smooth-scroll\" href=\"#2\">Setting up a feedback system for the Brand.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Optional) Additional feedback and rating system settings for:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a) <\/span><strong><a class=\"js-smooth-scroll\" href=\"#3\">Points of Sale<\/a><\/strong><b> \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the settings set for a point of sale will be the same for its Terminals.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">b) <\/span><strong><a class=\"js-smooth-scroll\" href=\"#4\">Terminal<\/a><\/strong><b> \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">set individual settings for the Terminal. For example, this may be necessary for a Terminal that is used for the inCust e-shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a id=\"1\"><\/a>Configuration of a feedback source<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><strong>Feedback source<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is a set of settings that determines how a customer interacts with a feedback system. Usually, a source of the feedback describes a particular place or a way to leave a review or rating. For example, one source can be created for an online store, another one &#8211; for checkouts, the third one will be used for store entrances, and so on. Or, you may\u00a0 add a separate connection source for each table in the caf\u00e9. Feedback sources have an identifier that allows you to determine exactly where or how feedback or rating was sent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The free service plan includes two Feedback sources. In all other service plans, the number of sources is unlimited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>To enable collection of feedback and ratings<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, you need to start with configuring at least one Feedback source.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To add a feedback source, go to <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\"><b>Control Panel<\/b><\/a> <b>\u21d2 <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\/feedback\"><b>Information and Communications<\/b><\/a> <b>\u21d2 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/testb.incust.com\/feedback\/sources\"><b>Feedback Sources<\/b><\/a>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8574&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640791600929{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This section contains all your feedback sources and their basic settings, such as the permission to attach images, videos, audio. Here you can edit the source, view reviews from this source, enable or disable the source, or get a link or QR code. All actions are performed via the text menu on the right side of the list.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8575&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640791705366{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>For a New Feedback source<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>,<\/strong> you can specify the following <\/span><strong>parameters<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Title<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 an internal name that is displayed only in the Control Panel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Multilingual public name of feedback source<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is the public name of the feedback source that customers see.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Tag is<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a label that will be included in emails. You may use tags to automate the processing of such emails.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Prompt for customer feedback<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 the text that will be shown to a customer and which will motivate them to leave a review or rating.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Possible customer actions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 choose one of four items from the list depending on the actions that customers may take:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only rating<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only feedback\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Feedback, rating or both<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rating and feedback (both are required)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Allow image attachments<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Choose whether to allow customers to add images to the feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Allow voice recordings<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Choose whether to allow customers to add voice recordings to the feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Allow video recordings<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Choose whether to allow customers to add videos to the feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Reward for feedback<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 determine what reward you give customers for the feedback that they leave. You can give bonus points, expiring bonus points, credit a customer account or issue a coupon. Or you may give no reward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Address for delivery of notifications<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 enter the email address to which notifications of new ratings or feedback will be sent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; style=&#8221;simple_ultimate&#8221; title_color=&#8221;#7c7c7c&#8221; margin=&#8221;15&#8243;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reviews and ratings can belong to one of the two groups:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Transaction-independent<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 when you create a feedback source, you get a link that you can place anywhere. For example, it can be a QR code placed at the checkout, a message on social networks, or the \u201cLeave feedback\u201d button in the InCust mobile application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Transaction-specific<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 the system can automatically send invitations to leave feedback immediately or after a certain time after registering the sale. Such invitations are enabled in the settings of a Terminal or a Point of Sale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640793077359{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How to set up sending invitations to participate in the survey after the purchase, you will find by following these links: for the whole Brand, for Points of sale, for the Terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a id=\"2\"><\/a>Setting up a feedback system for the Brand<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>If you have already configured the Feedback Source<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>,<\/strong> let&#8217;s move on to the feedback and rating system settings for the Brand.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; style=&#8221;simple_ultimate&#8221; title_color=&#8221;#7c7c7c&#8221; margin=&#8221;15&#8243;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In your Brand settings <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\/loyalties\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Brands and Loyalty Programs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab), you should specify<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>URL of your Privacy Policy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013\u00a0 in this field, you <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">provide a link to your Privacy Policy, which will be displayed on the page where users enter their rating and feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Business legal information<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">here, you should enter information about your Business such as registered name, Reg No, etc. This information will be displayed to customers when they leave feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The above information is required by law in many countries. The system enables you to leave these fields blank. However, if no information is available, the system will explicitly indicate this to the customer when they leave feedback.<\/span>[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640791888305{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go to the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\/feedback\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cInformation and Communications\u201d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> section and <\/span><b>enable collection of feedback<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. There will be settings for Feedback configuration for the Brand shown immediately.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8578&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8579&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640793294566{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To control customer access to feedback-related features, the following options are provided:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Let customers set rating without authorization<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: this option lets you allow unauthorized customers to rate the service or deny them from rating the service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Let customers leave feedback without authorization<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: this option lets you allow unauthorized customers to leave feedback or deny them from sending a feedback message.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Let customers without authorization attach images, video or voice recordings<\/strong><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">here, you can specify whether anonymous customers may <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">attach images, videos, or voice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Limit the number of feedbacks from one customer<\/strong><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">use this option to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">prevent spamming and abusing the \u201creward for feedback\u201d option by specifying, how many ratings or feedback messages a customer may send.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other settings you need<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to start collecting feedback and ratings:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Default feedback source<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; specify an already created and configured Feedback Source here. It will be shown in the mobile app for customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8581&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640792423696{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Feedback after transaction:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Send feedback invitations after transactions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; enable this setting if you want the system to send post-transaction invitations to send feedback or rating. For this, enable the option, select the feedback source, specify the invitation text and the communication channel through which the message should be sent. Additionally, you may specify the delay, i.e., the time between the transaction and the moment when the invitation message will be sent (by default, an invitation is sent immediately after the transaction).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8582&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640792478008{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Collect customer feedback in chatbot:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><strong>Collect customer feedback in chatbot<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> option enables you to let make sending of feedback or ratings using the chatbot to any customers or only registered ones. Or, you may turn off this feature altogether.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Feedback Source<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; specify a feedback source that you have previously created and configured to collect feedback and ratings via the chatbot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Invitation text<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; the text which motivates a customer to leave feedback. It will be shown in the chatbot.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8583&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640793101693{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a id=\"3\"><\/a>Additional feedback and rating system settings for Point of Sale<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In some cases, you may need to use separate settings for different Points of Sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To get to the additional feedback settings for Points of Sale, go to <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Control Panel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u21d2 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/b.incust.com\/pos\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Points of Sale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u21d2 Select a Point of Sale to Configure \u21d2 <\/span><strong>Enable \u201cFeedback Collection<\/strong><b>\u201d.<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8584&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640792633727{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After \u201cEnable collection of feedback\u201d option is turned on, additional settings become available to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Printing on checks<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Default feedback source.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You may add a separate source for each Point of Sale (for example, with different settings). If your Brand has many Points of Sale and individual settings require individual customization, create the appropriate number of feedback sources and select the needed one(s) with this option. The settings of the Point of Sale will be valid for all its Terminals, for which no separate custom settings are configured.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Print invitations on checks.<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> After the transaction, a customer receives a check, which may contain a QR code or a link (URL) that invite the customer to leave a review or rate the service. You may also select an option that enables you to use a QR code and a link at the same time. The customer scans the QR code from the check or follows the link and gets to the web page, where they can leave a review or rating.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Invitation text for checks.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The text will be printed on the check and will motivate customers to provide a review or rating. We suggest writing the text in several languages because the system will show the invitation in the language that is active on the customer&#8217;s device.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8585&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1640792721035{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Send feedback invitations after transactions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Invitation message text &#8211; <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The text will be printed on the check and will motivate\u00a0 customers to leave a review or rating.
