You can publish news, promotions, and information about your company in the inCust mobile application. This is only possible if your point of sale is published in a mobile application<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Select the Section in your portal where you are going to publish information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Select the loyalty program to which this information relates and indicate the period of publication. Download an appropriate image and fill out the Public Name<\/strong>, Short<\/strong>, and Full Description<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=”mk-moon-info” text_size=”12″ font_weight=”bold” style=”simple_ultimate” title_color=”#7c7c7c” margin=”15″]IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Please indicate the name and description in all possible languages. Our mobile application is shown to the customer in the language that is installed in the settings of his phone. So, if you fill out the information only in Russian, the customer with a telephone set to English will not see this information.<\/b><\/span><\/em>[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1598513366372{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]In the news feed in the mobile application, the name of news, image, and a short description are displayed. If the customer clicks on publication, he will be able to read the full description (therefore, you are asked to fill out 2 fields: Short and Full description) or go to your website (in this case, select \u201cShow detailed description\u201d<\/strong> in the setting option “On your website only\u201d<\/strong> and indicate the link where the customer will be redirected.<\/p>\n

It is possible to attach a coupon to the news, for this, select it from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n

You can add a link to your news. This can be either a link to your website, or a link to a store in the inCust mobile application (how to create a link to a store is described here<\/a><\/strong>) or a link to direct payment (described here<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n
