Please note that if the customer bought from you at several points of sale, he will be displayed in the samples of all visited points of sale<\/p>\n<p>To open the profile of each customer, click on the button near the desired phone number <strong>Details<\/strong> or <strong>Edit<\/strong> if you want to make changes.<\/p>\n<p>By clicking on the <strong>\u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong> button, you can customize columns and their order. If the customer has not confirmed his participation with one of the proposed options, he will not receive your SMS-message. Since crediting of bonus points is a transaction, below you need to choose through which <strong>Terminal<\/strong>\u00a0to conduct this transaction. By default, in the system, there is only 1 category of \u201c<strong>New Customers<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>You can add other categories in the settings of the loyalty program (open the <strong>Settings of the loyalty program<\/strong> and go to the <strong>Customer categories<\/strong> tab).<\/p>\n<p>Just select from the drop-down list of categories the one to which you want to change the category of selected customers, and click \u201cYes\u201d.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][mk_fancy_title size=&#8221;21&#8243; margin_bottom=&#8221;0&#8243; font_family=&#8221;none&#8221;]<a id=\"b-9\"><\/a>Actions: Change customer access type[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1594200446110{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]If you want to <strong>Change customer access type<\/strong>, select this option after clicking <strong>Actions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When you get into the loyalty program, the customer automatically receives a certain type of access.<\/p>\n<p>You can configure this in the <strong>Advanced settings of the loyalty program<\/strong> (Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/b.incust.com\/loyalties\/create\">Settings of the loyalty program<\/a> and go to the Advanced settings tab).<\/p>\n<p>The following access types are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;Full access: crediting and redemption of bonus points&#8221;<\/strong> status means that the customer is granted full access to all benefits provided by the loyalty program. The customer is automatically credited with bonus points, which can be used with no restrictions.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;Limited access: only crediting of bonus points&#8221;<\/strong> status &#8211; the customer is automatically credited with bonus points, but these can not be used until their status is changed to &#8220;Full access: crediting and redemption of bonus points&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;No access: awaiting processing of personal data. Crediting and redemption of bonus points are forbidden&#8221;<\/strong> status &#8211; the customer is not credited with bonus points until their status is changed to &#8220;Full access: crediting and redemption of bonus points&#8221; or &#8220;Limited access: only crediting of bonus points&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBlacklisted\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; the customer cannot participate in transactions in the loyalty program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; style=&#8221;simple_ultimate&#8221; title_color=&#8221;#7c7c7c&#8221; margin=&#8221;15&#8243;]<em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><b>Please note that the type of customer access may be different in loyalty programs.
