In this section, you can track all transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you click on the filter<\/span>\u00a0All loyalty programs<\/span><\/strong> and select one from the drop-down menu, you can only view transactions from this loyalty program. Here you can select in the filter 1 point of sale or 1 terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can enter the\u00a0<\/span>customer’s phone number\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>to filter transactions only by that phone number.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also use the\u00a0<\/span>Transaction Comment filter<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you use inCust Steward<\/a>, you can filter by the\u00a0<\/span>terminal that generated the Steward\u2019s temporal code<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0or directly by the temporal code.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can set the<\/span>\u00a0time range<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0for viewing transactions. It can be any, but not more than 1 month (that is, you can watch transactions for any month, but only for a month).<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, you can\u00a0<\/span>sort transactions<\/span><\/strong>. In the heading of the table near each name, there are gray triangles, with which you can sort transactions in ascending or descending order. For example, you can sort by redeemed bonus points, then at the very beginning, there will be transactions with the largest amount of redeemed bonus points for the specified time period.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”6792″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1593589877888{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]You can cancel transactions by clicking the Cancel operation<\/strong> button. In this case, the redeemed and credited bonus points will return to their original state, as it was before the transaction.<\/p>\n

At the very bottom of the table, the total indicators for the current time range<\/strong> are highlighted in bold.<\/p>\n

In order to export the transaction log<\/strong>, just click on the corresponding button before or after the log table.
