This rule is used for coupon redeeming at the cash desk to credit revard to the customer. You can apply the coupon during the transaction by selecting <strong>\u201cUse coupons, certificates\u201d<\/strong> in the window that opens in the inCust Terminal<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Only for Kiosk<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; the rule applies to work with <b><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.incust.kiosk\">inCust Kiosk software<\/a><\/b>, when the customer receives the corresponding coupon for the accumulated points.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Rule is active<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To enable the rule, put a tik in the box<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Points of sale<\/strong> &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Select points of sale for which this rule will be applied. If no point of sale is selected, the rule will be applied to all points of sale automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a id=\"rule-1\"><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Action<\/strong> &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> there are two main ways In what customers will\u00a0 be rewarded : providing Discounts (\u201cDiscount on ..\u201d) or crediting bonus points or cashback (\u201cCredit on ..\u201d). Rules that have already been applied cannot be recalculated after those that have a lower priority.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Before creating a rule for issuing coupons, create a series of coupons that will be issued according to the rule.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1651572102469{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Limit min quantity\/Limit max quantity<\/strong> &#8211; If a product rule is chosen, limit the number of products for which the rule applies. For example, a customer may can a discount on a product, but only if there are no more than 5 of these products per check.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Min quantity<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; by default the minimum price is 1. You can make a restriction &#8211; for example, the customer can get a discount on the goods, but only if there are at least 2 of these goods in the check.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Max quantity<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Limit a number of goods, to which the rule is applied. For example, the special discount can be set only for two items in the receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Credit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Bonus points<\/strong> &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the customer can pay for his next purchase(or part of the purchase) with accumulated bonuses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Special bonus points<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">are bonuses that have a limited validity period, that is, they \u201cburn out\u201d with time, and may also have a delayed validity period.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you need to accrue Achievements, Products, Gifts &#8211; use crediting to the customer&#8217;s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Account<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(to use this, you need to create the customer&#8217;s <b><a href=\"https:\/\/business.incust.com\/client-accounts\">Account<\/a><\/b>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Coupon series code<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You need to choose which coupon will be given when this rule is applied. In order to create coupons, go to the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/business.incust.com\/series\">Coupon Series section<\/a><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Coupon quantity<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can issue one coupon per check or for each item purchased for the coupon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Applicable to<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From the drop-down menu, select: \u201cAll sales\u201d, \u201cOnly first sale\u201d or \u201cSecond and next sales\u201d. Use this setting if you want to customize the special conditions of the loyalty program for customers who are making a purchase for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Applicable to sales<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From the drop-down menu, select the option you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<strong>\u201cWith identified customer\u201d<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> means that the rule will be applied only if\u00a0 the customer was identified (the phone number of the customer was entered or his QR code was scanned).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u201cWithout identified customer\u201d<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; the rule will be applied in checks without identification of the customer. For example, you can set it so that the customer, gets a 10% discount on a promotional item by naming his phone number, but if the person doesn`t want to name it &#8211; he also gets a discount, but in a smaller amount, for example 3%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u201cAll sales\u201d<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; the rule will be applied for every purchase\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Customer categories<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Each of your customers belong to certain category that is called Customer Category. You can apply a rule to all categories or to just one category. For example, regular customers can get the discount of 10% and VIP customers can get 20% off.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Depends on<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">elect the required option from the drop-down menu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u201cAmount\u201d<\/strong> (or <strong>\u201cQuantity\u201d<\/strong> if the rule considers goods). Your loyalty program rule may vary, for example, depending on the amount of the check or the amount of purchases by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><strong>\u201cFor what period\u201d<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; the rule may depend on the amount of the check or the amount of purchases of thecustomer for the whole time, for the last year or for example for this month.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Thresholds of values of credit or discount<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Indicate how this program rule will vary. For example, with a check amount from 0 to 100, the discount will be 1%, and with checks greater than 100, the discount will be 7%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; style=&#8221;simple_ultimate&#8221; title_color=&#8221;#7c7c7c&#8221; margin=&#8221;15&#8243;]<strong>IMPORTANT!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you want to set the condition of crediting rewards \u201c<\/span><strong>For what period<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, then only completed sales operations are taken into account for the calculation, the current one is not.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>For example:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> You want to issue a coupon, if a customer purchases three units of a particular item in the last year. Then even if the customer at the first sale buys three units at once, in this check coupon will not be issued. Since the current operation has not been completed yet and is not taken into account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An exception will be the condition for crediting a reward <strong>\u201cOne-time, for a check\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; a purchase with one check.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>For example:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> if you buy three units of goods in one check, to issue a coupon to the customer. In this case, the current incomplete check is analyzed.<\/span>[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1651495572201{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Apply to categories of goods<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can set a list of categories of your goods or services, to which this rule can be applied. Product categories must either be created in advance in inCust (<b><a href=\"https:\/\/b.incust.com\/categories\">Categories section<\/a><\/b>) or must be transferred from your account system during the transaction. Usually this action is used during an integration with software or hardware of a sales terminal (POS) or accounting system. With that every goods or services are passed with the category. Make sure that your accounting system correctly transfers the categories of services in inCust and that the name exactly matches in the accounting system and in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>ATTENTION!<\/b> If you do not set the field &#8220;Apply to categories of goods&#8221; or &#8220;Apply to goods&#8221;, the rule will be applied to all goods and services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Apply to goods<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can set a list of \u0421ategories of your goods or services, to which this rule can be applied. You need to either choose from the previously created products (<b><a href=\"https:\/\/b.incust.com\/goods-and-services\">section Products<\/a><\/b>) or specify the article number or its code. Goods code or number is transmitted in a receipt from your accounting system or POS by API or is set in inCust Control panel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>ATTENTION!<\/b> If you do not select &#8220;Apply to categories of goods&#8221; or &#8220;Apply for goods&#8221;, the rule will be applied to all goods or services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Do not apply to categories of goods<\/strong> &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> You can set \u0421ategories of your goods or services to which this rule is not applied. Category of goods or services is transmitted in a receipt from your accounting system or POS by API or is set in inCust Control panel.<br \/>\n<b>ATTENTION!<\/b> The empty field means you have no exception!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do not apply to goods &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can set the list of goods and services numbers or codes to which this rule is not applied. Goods code or number is transmitted in a receipt from your accounting system or POS by API or is set in inCust Control panel.<br \/>\n<b>ATTENTION!<\/b> The empty field means you have no exceptions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Use schedule<\/strong> &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Leave blank if you do not want to restrict the rule by specifying a period of its validity. If you put a tick in the box, you will see fields in which you can choose, for example, dates between which the rule will apply, or you can choose the days and hours on which this rule of the loyalty program will apply. Thus, you can set up some kind of action, which will act, for example, only on Wednesdays, only on March 8-9, or every day from 9 to 11 in the morning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Combine with other rules<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For each inCust sales operation all rules are applied automatically, according to their Priority.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; style=&#8221;simple_ultimate&#8221; title_color=&#8221;#7c7c7c&#8221; margin=&#8221;15&#8243;]<em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><b> If the &#8220;Combine with other rules&#8221; checkbox is off and the rule is the first in the list of Priority rules, only in this case this rule will be applied. In this case the process of further applying will be stopped. In other cases, if the checkbox &#8220;Combine with other rules&#8221; is off &#8211; the rule is not applied.<\/b><\/span><\/em>[\/mk_icon_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1598453552866{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Rule priority<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The rules are applied one by one in the order of Priority. The priority of the rule allows you to specify the order in which the rules are applied when they are automatically executed. A smaller number indicates higher priority. If you want the rule to be executed first &#8211; set its priority of 0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Explanation of rule, Rule name<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211;\u00a0 Write down what this rule does, what it will be called so that you can quickly understand what this rule does and can easily find this rule again among others. Please note what exactly you enter in the paragraph \u201cExplanation of rule\u201d. This text will be shown when this rule is applied in the inCust Terminal.
