The name in<\/i><\/b> the inCust mobile application<\/i><\/b><\/a> is shown to customers in the language that is chosen as primary in the phone settings. \nThis option specifies whether the customer can see this category, when it is assigned to him\/her, in the mobile application or customer control panel.<\/span><\/p>\n
