Fields of customer questionnaire customer fills at the time of registration in loyalty program in the <a href=\"https:\/\/incust.com\/en\/download\/\">inCust mobile app<\/a>, in<a href=\"https:\/\/business.incust.com\"> personal account on the website<\/a> or directly at the point of sale in way of dictating personal information to the salesperson.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/12&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;11\/12&#8243;][mk_icon_box icon=&#8221;mk-moon-info&#8221; title=&#8221;Name, gender and date of birth are automatically included in the questionnaire of all partners. If to you come the customer, who has previously registered in another inCust partner, most likely that this information will be in the questionnaire. You will see two fields. In the first field you enter the field name (i.e. the name of the information that you will request. <em>For example, first name<\/em>)<br \/>\nIn the second field select the input format of the information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>String<\/em> &#8211; is the ability to enter a word (for example, Petrovich).<\/li>\n<li><em>Date<\/em> &#8211; is created to mark important dates, which you collect by customers. (Do not duplicate date of birth, it is set as default in profile).<\/li>\n<li><em>Number<\/em> &#8211; is used for entering numbers (for example, age, number of family members and others).<\/li>\n<li>Click<em>\u00a0Dictionary<\/em>, if you need to make the drop-down menu consisting of several words to choose from.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now these fields will integrate into the customer\u2019s profile.[\/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title tag_name=&#8221;h3&#8243; color=&#8221;#333333&#8243; size=&#8221;20&#8243; font_weight=&#8221;bold&#8221; txt_transform=&#8221;uppercase&#8221; margin_top=&#8221;10&#8243; margin_bottom=&#8221;0&#8243; font_family=&#8221;none&#8221;]Setting up of displaying of the customer questionnaire in the Terminal[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1598525866631{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]When providing customer services with the help of the<a href=\"https:\/\/pos.incust.com\"> inCust Terminal Online App<\/a> you can determine whether to show on-screen the customer profile or to keep it \u2018rolled\u2019. For some businesses it is comfortable to see information on customers at once, for some only when they register new customer. By default the last one is configured when salesperson is requested to fill in customer profile only at the first visit.<\/p>\n<p>To configure this setting click <strong>Loyalty programs<\/strong> in <a href=\"https:\/\/business.incust.com\">Control Panel<\/a>. Click <strong>Change loyalty program<\/strong> and then go to the last tab <strong>Additional settings<\/strong>. Here you will find settings of the display of questionnaire <strong>Do you want to display customer profile in inCust Terminal?<\/strong> Select one of three options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Display only for new customers<\/em>&#8211; questionnaire appears only once, when the customer is registered in the loyalty program.<\/li>\n<li><em>Do not display<\/em> &#8211; profile does not appear automatically. But you can always call it in manual mode. To take look at the customer profile in the Terminal at the time of the transaction the salesperson must click in the upper right corner and the customer profile will be displayed on the screen.<\/li>\n<li><em>Display for all customers<\/em> &#8211; profile appears on every transaction after the customer identification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7562&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_column_text]To view the customer profile in the <a href=\"https:\/\/business.incust.com\">Control Panel<\/a> click the <strong>Customers<\/strong> tab in the left menu, then on line of interesting customer click on the phone number or on the <strong>Details<\/strong> button. You can see whole database of customers. Click<strong> Show Advanced Filters<\/strong> and then click <strong>Add new condition<\/strong>. On the <strong>Main user fields<\/strong> tab select <strong>Customer birth date<\/strong>. Then select <strong>Equals<\/strong> and enter the date. Click <strong>\u2018Apply filters\u2019<\/strong>. Now in front of you there is a sample of customers with the same date of birth, which allows in a few clicks to send a congratulatory message to customers or to credit promotional bonus points.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7565&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_column_text]BY AGE<br \/>\nNow, let&#8217;s select customers from 18 to 25 years.<br \/>\nClick on the \u2018Show Advanced Filters\u2019 and then click \u2018Add a new condition\u2019. Click <strong>Add new AND condition<\/strong>, in the <strong>Main user fields<\/strong> select the <strong>Customer birth date<\/strong>. Then set the condition <strong>Less than<\/strong> and enter the year (1998).
