How to set up a bonus points program with different rates of crediting bonus points?<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title color=”#000000″ size=”32″ font_weight=”400″ txt_transform=”none” margin_bottom=”10″ font_family=”none”]\n

For example, 10% for regular customers and 20% for VIP customers.<\/h4>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text]For automatic calculation of different rates of bonus points to different customers, it is necessary to:
\n1. Add category for customer cards.
\n2. Transfer the required customers to this category.
\n3. Customize the loyalty rule for the category of cards.<\/p>\n

1. Add new card category.
\nIn the Control Panel of your business go to Settings-> Loyalty programs-> Change loyalty program<\/strong>, go to the tab Card categories<\/strong>, click Add category<\/strong>. Enter name for this category: for example, VIP. Transfer customers to the VIP category.
\nGo to the Customers<\/strong> tab and filter out those who bought on amount, for example, more than 2000. For this, click Show Advanced filters -> Add new condition -> Sales> Transactions amount<\/strong>. Put condition: Greater than<\/strong> 2000 and click Apply filters<\/strong>. Then mark all eligible under the option customers and click Actions-> Change customer card category<\/strong>. \nIn the field Action<\/strong> select Credit on cash receipt, %;<\/strong> in line Category of cards<\/strong> select previously created VIP category. In the drop-down list Action<\/strong> select Credit on cash receipt, %<\/strong>; in line Category of cards<\/strong> select previously created Regular customers category.
